The book is offered for those who wish to have a portable, daily meditation to set their "busy" minds to rest during a portion of the day. Those who wish to open up to higher order information. Something that can calm and de-stess as well as activate you to a higher level of consciousness. You can use the portable book form of these messages in the way described in the rhyme as a "companion and friend" to do just that if you wish.

I've put them into this book form for the reasons stated above. Stories state that "the 9,000" and their helpers will seek these trigger messages in this form.
