It's important to know where we are, but, also to be aware of the Grand Plan and where we're ultimately headed.

We circle in Seasons

A staircase in Time

Revealing all Mysteries

In way's most sublime.

A sampling of motion,

Direction and speed

Containing all Wisdom

That we'll find we need.

A Season's a package

Of Time and Intention.

Spring, Summer or Fall

And Winter I mention. 

Each Season it's own

With Rules that pertain,

Just to that Time,

And, from others abstain...

From meddling within

Another Time's Place

Each Season controls

And opens it's Gates

To seek out it's Rhythms

To learn of it's Song

Is to become that Season

And, know Right from wrong.

No snowshoes in Summer,

No shorts in the snow,

Each Season's reflections

Is what we must know.

Now, step back a minute

An Hour, I ask

To set out before you

A novel new task.

To consider our Age

And our Generation

As a Season of Life

A Spiritual vacation.

For Youth, there's the Spring

When, all Life is Play,

While Summer's maturity,

Must chase Play away.

Comes the serious Fall

When adults think they 'know'

How Life should unfold

And, why things must be 'so'

Ah, but Winter reveals

What's Important and Warm

The Love fuel we've gathered

Through the 3 season's gone.

It's Love that prepares us

For the Fifth Season's Sun

The Time when the 4 Season's

Race has been run.

A Place beyond 'weather'

A Time without care

Where no Seasons follow

A World that's most fair.

The Change here that tries us

That causes such stress

Melts away in Fifth Season

And gives lasting rest

From Time, pace & turmoil

From age, death & loss

Our 4 Season's Life past

Has paid all the cost.

We cannot know Goodness

We can't know of Light

Without seeing evil

Or fearing the night.

What's fleeting here now,

Must lasting become

The opposite Nature

Of darkness is Sun.
