THE CYCLE OF SOUL

[The Cycle of Soul brings us around to the Desires and Impulses that Life is so full of. Each lifetime, or even for just one, these Desires can and do draw us away from "the better path" we discussed in our last entry. The True Power of Verse to re-connect us to Source is described within these Verses:]

To reach a Balanced point in Time

To understand the most sublime

To waver not before the Fire

Of Emotion and increased Desire

Is to know

And solidly so

That Waters churn

And, also flow

Our time is such

In Earthly terms

This frame, the "Vessel"

That also Learns

The Cycle of Soul

Advances and ebbs

Whirling around

Filling our heads

With Desires and Images

That never will serve

The Heart that embraces

What's reluctantly heard.

Words have a power

When mounted with Verse

To transcend their limits

And free from the curse

Of the Familiar

The Common

The Proud

And, the Meek

And convey

The Eternal

To those

Who would SEEK.
